No new weight loss to report at this time. I have been at a plateau for awhile now. But I thought a few photos would be interesting and maybe encouraging to others. Getting healthy is the most important thing and that starts from the inside out. Weight loss can take longer because the body needs to heal first. The photos below show my progress up until now. The shirts are the same size and same style. I don't have the shirt I wore in the first photos anymore or I would have put that one.
