Gluconeogenesis (Can You Eat Too Much Protein On Keto?)

Since I was told at the last doctor appointment that I was possibly eating too much protein, I've been taking some time to research this possibility.  It made no sense to me in many ways, especially with the fact that so many on the Ketogenesis Diet were moving on to a totally Carnivorous Diet which is almost all protein and fat with NO CARBS at all.

What I found out is that there is a lot of confusion about how much protein is too much protein.  It's...well...confusing.  Then I found this guy.  But wait...before I found this guy, I found several Keto Macro Counters online.  EVERY SINGLE ONE of them was telling me to up my protein by a large amount to meet the macros needed by my body at the size I am now.  In fact, that confused me so much, because it made the protein way more than the mere 20% on the pie graphs we see where carbs are 5% and proteins are 20% and fats are 75%.  These macro counters up the protein way above the fats.  At least it seems that way.  I also had asked about fats at the doctor appointment and was told I probably don't need as much fat as the graphs say.

So, which is it?  Let's start with this guy here.
