Kill the Sugar Before It Kills You: 'Sugar Is the Source of All Chronic Disease'

Hey everybody!  I know it's been awhile.  I'm still at it and still trying to work it better.  Some days it is so easy, and then there are those other days when it's like you just want to break down and cheat.  It's okay once in a great while, but I'm finding that with each time I do that, I feel absolutely terrible physically the next day or two.  It's just not all that worth it.

Do read this article below, and do pay attention to how much artificial sweetener you are using.  Me?  I only use 2 packets in a big 32 ounce mug of hot tea that I have maybe once or twice a week.  The most I use it is the rare times I make some KoolAid, and the rare times I am really craving chocolate, so I make a keto chocolate special.  These only happen maybe every couple of months or so.  Mostly, for me, it's plain tap water.

Oh, and I have added walking to my regime this past month now that it is so nice outside.  So I'm hoping that this is going to really break through this plateau I have hit.  Don't you just hate it when you hit a plateau?  I'm determined not to quit though.
