Photo Update for 5 Months on Keto
I had taken "original" photos and then did them again the next day because I didn't like the first ones. Of course that is because none of us likes having our pictures taken when we are so grossly out of shape. We want to present our best versions of ourselves. So what has happened has been that I mistakenly thought if I wore the same outfit each time, the changes would be more obvious. I was wrong. Especially since I chose a very "busy" shirt to wear with dark pants that don't show the changes very well at all. So, today I am going to post the first "original" photos from back in October of 2018 when I started this thing, along with the photos taken today. You be the judge. Does Keto work, or what???
I am also going to once again post my face shots here from January 2017, January 2019, and today in March 2019. The changes are very obvious there.
I am truly hoping that autophagy does work because I am hoping to not have that saggy chin skin once this is finished. Looking good so far on that count as it seems to have vanished on one side. I am also hoping that the rest of the saggy skin vanishes too. It may take a very long time, but here's hoping. I'm 63 and with age, our skin does lose elasticity. But autophagy is not supposed to need elasticity to get rid of excess baggage, so to speak. But you have to ask...where else did that hanging skin go on the one side of my chin?
