Bone Broth and Bulletproof Coffee
Okay, you might be asking why I am combining the topics of bone broth and bulletproof coffee into one blog post. Well the answer to that is that I have been looking into both of these Keto-friendly drinks just now. So why not combine them into one helpful grouping of links? Oh, and as a result of this search, I just found out that I can buy bones from one of my local stores and I ordered a beef femur bone just now, cut, so it can be placed in a crock pot. Mmmmm-mmmm good. Grass-fed is always best. I did forget to ask about that because this is something relatively new to me in remembering when I shop. (Update) I just got my femur bone. Lots of good bone for my bone broth. BUT the downside was the price. It was $2.99/lb and the total cost was over $12. That is a lot for just bones.

Bulletproof coffee is good, but it still has that bitterness I don't really care for. So my goal here is to maybe find other ways to make it so I can have the same benefit of helping to increase the amount of good fats I take in, while still enjoying the flavor. I tried it in hot tea but did not like it at all. So, this search is with the hope of finding some alternatives.
