Just a Spoonfull of Sweetener Helps the Vinegar Go Down

Today went well.  

Apple cider vinegar is supposed to be very helpful in digestive health as well as weight loss.  But it is soooo very sour and hard to take.  I had 3 "doses" of this "medicine" today.  Once when I got up this morning, once in the early afternoon, and just now before bedtime.  I'm going to post a couple videos here about using apple cider vinegar, or ACV, which will give you information as well as some recipes.  For now, my recipe is simple.  Maybe as time progresses, I will be able to explore other recipes to drink this stuff.  Right now my recipe works.  It actually tastes like a sweet and sour lemonade or in this case apple cider.  I use a couple tablespoons of ACV, 3 packets of Sweet N Low, and half a cup of cold water.  Hopefully I can get past needing so much sweetener as I try other recipes.  But for now, this works.  


That's a good start for today.  To really learn all you can about this diet and what to eat, you can search YouTube as well as the rest of the internet for explanations on what this diet is, how it works, what to eat, and recipes.

Also, I want to post a couple photos of me at the start for the traditional "before" pictures.  Believe me, I am not thrilled with this part, but to follow whatever progress I make on this new eating plan, it is necessary.  I have a very long journey ahead of me.
